es. Every new client starts with a free consultation, where a practitioner reviews your skin, goals, and medical history before recommending a treatment plan. This helps make sure the treatment you book is actually the right fit.
Most of our treatments are appropriate across a wide range of skin tones, and our practitioners are trained to work with South Asian skin specifically. That said, a few treatments carry individual considerations depending on your exact skin tone and history, which is exactly what your consultation is for, we'll tell you honestly if something isn't the right fit rather than treating every treatment as one-size-fits-all.
Yes, our services span both skin rejuvenation (HydraFacial, chemical peels, Plasma Fusion) and body-focused treatments (Body Contouring, RF Cyclone), along with injectables like dermal fillers.
Your first visit starts with a consultation and skin assessment, followed by a treatment plan built around your goals. If you're proceeding with treatment the same day, your practitioner will walk you through what to expect before, during, and after.

Treatment options

That's what your free consultation is for. Rather than picking a treatment off a list, our practitioners assess your specific skin or body concern and recommend what's actually appropriate, sometimes that's a single treatment, sometimes it's a combination.
In some cases, yes, for example, RF Cyclone is often paired with body contouring treatments in the same session. Your practitioner will let you know what can safely be combined based on your specific plan.
This varies by treatment. Some, like a single chemical peel or PRP session, show results from one visit. Others, like Cavitation or RF Cyclone, work as a course of multiple sessions for the best results. Your practitioner will give you a specific recommendation during consultation.
Most of our treatments are designed to be comfortable, ranging from a warm, massage-like sensation (RF Cyclone) to mild tingling (chemical peels, PRP). Numbing cream is used where appropriate. If you have concerns about discomfort with a specific treatment, mention it during your consultation.
Everything we offer at Bioflex Aesthetics is non-surgical, meaning no incisions, no general anesthesia, and typically little to no downtime. Surgical alternatives (like a facelift or liposuction) tend to produce more dramatic, longer-lasting results but come with real recovery time and higher risk. Non-surgical treatments are a good fit for people wanting visible improvement without that tradeoff.

Product guidance

This depends on the treatment. In general, a gentle, fragrance-free moisturiser and daily SPF are recommended after most skin treatments. Your practitioner will give you specific aftercare guidance for your treatment before you leave.
For most treatments, you'll be asked to pause active ingredients like retinol, tretinoin, and exfoliating acids for several days beforehand. Your practitioner will confirm exactly what to pause and for how long based on your specific treatment.
Generally: stay hydrated, wear SPF daily, and avoid harsh exfoliants unless your practitioner has specifically recommended them. Treatment-specific aftercare will always be given to you directly after your session.
Yes, typically retinol, strong acids, and other active ingredients should be paused until your skin has fully healed. Your practitioner will tell you exactly what to avoid and for how long based on your specific treatment.
